We have a winner!   This year we had 9 applications for the Harwich Republican Town Committee second annual scholarship.  $1,000 dollars is given to a Harwich resident graduating from High School with plans to further their education.  The job of selection was difficult with so many talented entries but based on the selection criteria Henry Watson was selected. Henry is the son of Jennifer and  Jonathan Watson and he will be attending the  University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Congratulations to Henry and his parents and we wish Henry success in his future endeavors.          

The Committee was so impressed with Justus  Canto of Monomoy Regional High School that a special scholarship of $400.00 was awarded. Justus will be attending Cape Cod Community College.  Congratulations  to Justus and his parents, Michelle Canto and Justus J. Canto.
